Please note that there is a Four Month min. only. The condo association allows only one rental per year. This spaciously layed out condo has a newly screened in patio, a new flat screen TV and new hardwood floors. Wonderful view of the sprawling 18 hole golf course can be seen throughout the property. Just 3 miles up the road you will find Deerfield's awarding winning beaches. After you finish relaxing by the pool, and enjoying the beauty and peace. These rates are per month and would be for November through to the end of March. We are looking to rent to one family for the full season, ideally this would be from November until the end of March. Condo Association rules do not allow owners to rent to more than one party per year. Interested tenants would be required to be approved by the condo association before signing any agreements. FOUR MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL.
