front vacation home for rent on beautiful Norris Lake. A paradise
for boating, water-skiing, fishing and golfing. Near Knoxville and
proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, offering a wide variety of
vacation attractions.

Size: 5000 Sq. foot home.
Location: Waterfront in a cove, makes it a safe and relaxing place
to spend time on the water.
Bedrooms: 5 bedrooms sleep 21, all rooms have a lake view.

1 bedroom (loft with privacy doors) with a king bed and a fold out
full couch

1 bedroom (kids) with 1 twin bunk top & bottom, 2 bunks with twin

2 great rooms 1middle floor & 1 lower floor both with queen pull
out couch
Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms, 1 additional shower room. Two of the
bedrooms have their own sinks.
Deck: Overlooking the lake and dock, relax as the sun sets.
Hot Tub: For 6, is sunken into the deck with an exceptional view.
Stainless Steel Gas Grill: Professional, oversized and attached to a
main gas tank, there is no need for messing with propane tanks on
your vacation.
Modern Kitchen: Includes large refrigerator with freezer and ice
maker, additional commercial icemaker produces 50 pounds per day. A
second under counter refrigerator just for beverages. All cooking
items and place settings for over 20 people. Downdraft cook top,
oven, microwave, and central preparation island, makes it easy to
prepare for multiple families.
Pantry Room: A very large room dedicated as a pantry has plenty of
room to store all of your food, coolers, beverages and extra gear.
Dinning Room: The dinning table in the kitchen seats 8 along with
additional table and kitchen bar can serve up to 20 for any meal.
Central Air-Conditioning: 2 separate systems, one for the top level
and a second for the middle and lower level. Every room also has a
ceiling fan to keep it comfortable.
Mud Room: A room to drop the wet towels after a day on the lake,
right next to the outdoor showers also has a washer and dryer.
Central Stereo System: Each room has it’s own volume control.
Includes a CD player and tape deck so you can enjoy your favorite
music anywhere in the house.
Great Rooms: 2 separate rooms both with TV and VCR. Both include a
card table and chairs, couch and comfortable side chairs. The lower
great room also has a pool table. One of the great rooms has a gas
fireplace.
Walkway: A paved walkway from the house to the dock. No steps to
climb.
Dock: The boat dock has slips for 4 boats and a float for a jetski
and plenty of other room for other toys to tie up. It has a roof
over the walkway and 2 of the boat slips. The dock is made of sturdy
aluminum and a wood deck. Permanent bumpers assist in keeping you
boat looking good. A large area for sun bathing and ladder for
swimming along with two picnic benches that are covered makes it
easy to spend the entire day down at the dock.
Airstrip: One of our community's most unique features is a private
airstrip with a 3000-foot paved runway (currently being extended to
4000-foot). The airstrip is located on the highest ridge within
Deerfield (field elevation of 1,361 feet) and is asphalt paved and
striped. Fly over Jacksboro-Campbell County, Tn. Airport NDB; 204
JAU; Turn 89 Degrees east; 7.5 nautical miles; heading 3-21,
unmarked. From Mc-Gee-Tyson, Tn: VOR HEADING 352 Degrees, 27
Nautical Miles.
