Located within the official Harbor Country® region, this Italianete Victorian style villa offers 6 tastefully furnished and air conditioned vacation rental suites (1 or 2 bedrooms). We welcome couples and individual families. We can accommodate groups between September and June. (We do not book groups in July and August). Our studio units are perefect for the single traveler!

We are not an "Inn" or "B&B" and do not serve breakfast or meals. Our units are rented on the same basis as a furnished vacation condo or apartment. Each unit has a private bathroom and efficiency kitchen. Close to shops restaurants, galleries. 1 block from Lake Michigan beach.

We're Open Year 'Round
Although the our name says "Summer House" (because we celebrate the summer season), we are indeed open year 'round. Our attractive discounted offseason rates make for an affordable getaway. We also offer short term leases at reasonable montly rates from November to May. Contact us for details.

Units rented by the week only during July & August. We will consider breaking up a week block into partial/weekend if we have a last minute vacancy/cancellation.

1 bedroom small 2-person studio, (full bed) $605/week.
1 bedroom larger(Qn bed) w/sofa sleeper $665/week.
2 bedroom (Qn & full beds) $765/week.
The above rates are for different sized units. We have three 1-
bedroom units and three 2-bedroom units. A total of 9 bedrooms,
Sleeps up to 22, however our facility is booked by the individual unit.
At this time we are not booking large groups in July or August.
Deposit of 30% required on weekly rentals.
We are booking full week rentals only, in July and August.
Available for partial weeks & weekends September to June.
