This spectacular waterfront villa is situated in a premium lot of the elite section of Windsor Hills. It overlooks a pond and a water fountain. There are no rear neighbors, and no left neighbor nearby. Also from the villa you can see fantastic fireworks of Disney World.

2 miles to Disney parks, 5.8 miles to Magic Kingdom and 15 minutes to Sea World.

The villa was built by well known Pulte Homes. It has many exceptional features and upscale furniture package. Moreover, the home has been professionally furnished and decorated including beautiful relaxing and matching colors and custom window treatments.

The kitchen has 42 inch cabinets and granite counter-tops. All bedrooms have high quality mattresses for a good night’s sleep. Sofas and chairs are of leather.

The family room has a 42 inch digital TV with DVD player and PS 2 with games as well as an iPod universal dock for music. All bedrooms have digital TV’s.

In the game room there are 8-ft pool table, air-hockey table, basketball hoop and rod hockey table.
