New Smyrna has the most beautiful beaches on the east coast of Florida were you can do has much or has little has you would like, you can still drive on the beaches so there is no dragging the kids and the beach toys from your parking lot, if you would like to be a little more active you can try your hand at surfing, go fishing for the nights meal or maybe take a walk to Flagler avenue for a drink and a nice meal at the end of the day. There are so many nice things to do at New Smyrna beach.

If you feel the need to have a day away from New Smyrna beach then you can take your pick from an array off things to see like the Kennedy space center the speedway at Daytona or Orlando were the children can live there fantasies at any one of the Disney attractions.

There must be at least one Adult over 25 yrs in your party, a security deposit of $2000 acts as your deposit for the one month or more bookings, $700.00 will apply to the weekly bookings these will be returned at the end of your stay with us, the full sum will be payable at least 4 weeks before arrival this may be made by credit card , bank transfer, or cheque we require all payments to be cleared through our bank before written conformation is sent to you with directions to the beach house and any other information you may have requested.

Cancellation Policy:

 No refund on cancellations within 4 weeks of due arrival on one month or more bookings, we will do our best to re let the appropriate weeks and if so will refund your deposit.

Damages:

For the comfort of all our guests the beach house is maintained to a high standard the security fee will be held until the beach house has been inspected following your departure, at this stage may we recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance  as we accept no liability for your personal possessions

We are realistic and responsible people and are happy to help and assist you during your stay therefore please inform us immediately of any problems or breakages so that repairs or replacements can be promptly made.

For the continued comfort of our guests, no pets are allowed in the beach house or its gardens there is also a no smoking policy inside the house. By booking newSmyrnabeach house you automatically accept the above terms and conditions.
