Stunning Custom Built Log Cabin on the Banks of Cattail Creek
Perched on hillside overlooking a 40' gentle waterfall this cabin is located in the Cattail Creek community in the south end of Yancey County. The headwaters of the creek descend from over 6000 ft. elevation. There are miles of hiking and four-wheeler trails throught this mountain community.
The cabin features gleaming hardwood floors on the main floor, and tile baths and family room. The design is a Great Room with window wall to the creek, an open kitchen with island, and lofty vaulted ceilings. There is a spacious covered porch running the full length of the house with adequate seating and a built-in bar and gas grill for outdoor entertaining.
The tasteful accomodations include one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a two-double bedroom. All linens and paper products are included.
There is cable TV, a washerand dryer, open kitchen and extra living space on the deck. and in the tiled family room below.
