Beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath third and fourth floor penthouse condominium with incredible sites and sounds of the Pacific Ocean. The Oceanside Pier is also in view. Close and convenient to the beach only steps to the sand once you exit the building. Located in the tropical grounds of North Coast Village which contains gardens, waterfalls, Koi Fish Ponds, two swimming pools and hot tubs (ocean view from the smaller pool). Putting green and game rooms with ping pong, pool, foosball, large screen TV and a reading room. Fitness center with cardio equipment and weights, also includes a sauna. Gas BBQ's cleaned daily for use with table seating near pool. Fully equipped kitchen. Two Queen Beds in the bedroom on the main floor with a full bathroom and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room with gas fireplace. Small balcony off the living room with a large deck off the Master Suite boasting gorgeous ocean views and sunsets! Table for six on upper deck to enjoy meals and ocean views and sounds. Our favorite part of the condo!

There are 2 pools and 2 hot tubs on site.  Gas BBQ's on a deck above the pool.  On site putting green, game rooms, fitness room with cardio equipment and weights.  Once you exit the building the sand is only steps away.  Close and convenient to the beach and ocean.  The condo is equip with beach chairs, towels, toys, boogie boards.  We also have a crib and umbrella stroller for uae if needed as well. 

Our condo is 1/2 mile away from the Pier and the Harbor in Oceanside.  There is a small market about the same distance away as well.  There is fishing and a family restaurant on the Pier and the Harbor contains several restaurants and small shops.  Oceanside has a Farmer's Market downtown on Thursdays with local products.  Legoland is about 10 minutes away and Seaworld is about 30 minutes away.  Our condo is about 30 minutes north of the San Diego Airport.  Surf lessons and bike rentala available on the beach during peak season. There is a great paved path for biking and walking as well adjacent to the complex.
