Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy this private beautifully renovated 3 bedroom 1 bath school 
house (sleeps 10) in your own private lush mini forest with a year-
round Creek. A true haven for bird watching, fishing, or just simply 
exploring. All year activities include boating on the Hudson River 
just minutes away, exploring the various mansions of the Hudson 
Valley, antiquing in the city of Hudson which is considered the 
mecca of antique city in the country along with its fine restaurants 
and art galleries. Skiing is 20-25 minutes to the East in Hillsdale 
and about 45-55 minutes to the West in Hunter Mountain.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities: 
You will find the house equipped with cable TV, DVD, CD Player, 
internet, a full kitchen complete with all cutlery, dishes, glasses, 
pots and pans, etc. We also provide all bed linens and towels. You 
do not need to bring anything other than some charcoal for your BBC 
Grill! 
The family room windows look out on the lovely backyard with its 
gardens & path to the stream. The many perennial flower gardens are 
in place with a wonderful array of colors.    A small path leads 
down to the stream & a clearing. Relax & enjoy the sound of the 
water.

An ideal vacation rental or weekend getaway to enjoy the beauty and 
wonders of the Catskills and Hudson Valley regions.
Skiing, Hudson River Boating, Fishing, Bird watching, Antiquing and
