With only four other units sharing the pool and beach you will not feel crowded. The cottage has an open and airy floor plan with 1 bedroom and 2 tiled baths. There is a day bed with trundle and a sleeper sofa in the family room to accommodate the kids. Central heating and air conditioning ensure your comfort. There is WiFi and telephone service. There is also a patio with a bistro set for enjoying your morning coffee. The cottage has a view of the ocean from the family room and patio.

The cottage has been tastefully updated and has tile floors, spotless baths and a fully equipped kitchen. It has approximately 650 sq. ft. It is a smoke free cottage. There is an onsite coin operated washer and dryer.

Dragonfly Cottage is located in a quiet, tranquil setting where you can relax by the pool or stroll to the uncrowded beach. The cottage is located less than a mile from the Belleair Beach Causeway and just across the causeway are many shopping areas including grocery stores and pharmacies. There are also many good restaurants in the vicinity. Just across the causeway is Marlin Darlin and E&E Steakout-two highly recommended restaurants. The cottage is just 3 miles from the excitement of Clearwater Beach and the activities of Pier 60. Heading south takes you to Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach-all offerring a different and unique adventure.  If you like to ride bikes the Pinellas Trail, a 37 mile greenway corridor linking beautiful parks, coastal areas, and neighborhoods in close by. The nice thing is that you don't have to go far to find most anything  you are looking for.

Refundable deposit of $250.00 required to hold reservation, non refundable if reservation cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Rental is Saturday to Saturday, premiums may apply for holidays. Small dogs allowed with non-refundable pet fee of $75.00. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks accepted.
