This spacious one bedroom, two full baths Condo is right on the fairway and an end unit, offering privacy. Professionally decorated and beautifully appointed with soft muted colors and elegant amenities. It has a completely equipped kitchen to prepare all your meals when you are not dining out at one of Palm Springs' fine restaurants. The rear patio affords grandiose sunsets while BBQing on the gas grill or just enjoying a quiet moment overlooking the vast expanses of fairway greenery.
The view is superb as you are located right off the fairway of the signature Lagos Nine of this beautiful Resort. Step out the front door to one of the more than 30 pools and whirlpool spas located on the property. Go for a quick swim or just soak in the Hot Tub after that long day of relaxing.
The master suite has a king bed and its own private bath with walk-in shower and dressing table. The sofa unfolds into a spacious queen bed, making it perfect for family or guests -- with their own tub/shower combination bath. A washer/dryer is in the guest bath.
There are televisions in both the living area and the Master bedroom .. Each with cable, HBO and DVD players. High-speed Internet is provided, including Free WiFi. No telephone service is provided -- Bring your cellphone.
This unit is dog friendly -- One or two small, well-behaved dogs allowed. A small Pet Deposit is required.
