We are mere steps to the beach and one of two pools in an intimate boutique resort setting.  Our resort sits directly in front of the Bight Reef in Princess Alexandria Marine Park. There are hour upon hours of enjoyment and exploration snorkeling the reef.  

The spacious condo with two walls of floor to ceiling glass pocket doors slide away to expand your living room onto a wrap around veranda. The kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook or entertain. There is a built in buffet with extra bar size refrigerator in the dining area. The living  area has central A/C  and secure wi-fi.

The master suite is a spacious retreat and has a walk-in closet with wall safe. For your personal comfort there is a split A/C unit in the master. The large master ensuite bath has soaking tub, walk-in shower, two sink vanity and bidet. **The second bedroom is self efficient with its own ensuite bath (walk-in shower), patio, refrigerator, coffee maker, LED TV, separate secure wi-fi, split A/C unit and wall safe. 

**The second bedroom can be "Locked Out" to make a 1,700 sq ft ocean/beachfront ONE Bedroom Grand Suite.

Steps from the most popular beachfront Cafe on Provo, "Somewhere Beach Cafe and Lounge" boast a friendly staff, good food, great drinks and lovely sunsets.

Caicos Adventures, Provo's premier dive operation, has a satellite shop in the resort.  They give discount for SCUBA diving for guests of Coral Gardens on Grace Bay Resort. They also rent snorkel gear.

The Bight Reef has long been one of the most popular places to snorkel on Provo but don't stop there.  If you have ever wanted to SCUBA dive this is the place to try it.  Take an introduction course to SCUBA through Caicos Adventures and dive the Bight Reef in only 25 feet of water.  Get up close and personal with sea turtles and the colorful Caribbean fish. Be aware that Grace Bay is within the Princess Alexandra National Trust Park. Please, help us protect our natural treasure by looking and not touching the corals or sealife.

Golf with flamingos on lush Provo Golf Course, horseback ride on the white powder beaches, parasail over the aqua blue bay.  Take a sunset sailing cruise, a half or full day excursion to one of the sister cays.  Your activity options are endless.

There is not a bad restaurant on Provo.  Your cuisine options are unlimited.  If you wish to dine in the comfort and convenience of your condo, an IGA supermarket is located 5 minutes from from the resort.  IGA is one stop shopping but if you desire a 'wide' selection of wines or better prices on your libations visit "The Wine Cellar" on Leeward Highway.  Remember to drive on the LEFT !
