Downstairs there is a very comfortable home theater set up complete with a wet bar in the back.  A great place to watch the game or grab your favorite snack and latest movie right before bed.  Either way the theater is a great place to unwind after enjoying your favorite outdoor activity in Breckenridge.

The year round, free shuttle, stops approximately 3.5 blocks from this property.  It is a short walk away, but much more convenient than paying for parking at the ski resort!

All 4 bedrooms have been comfortably appointed.

The bedding is set up as follows:
Master Suite - King bed, deck with hot tub, TV, private bath
Bedroom #2 - Queen bed with loft that has 2 twins, private bath
Bedroom #3 - King bed, TV, private bath
Bedroom #4 - King bed, jack and jill bath shared with home theater room

This property can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults, or 12 total with children. The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 3 vehicles.
4x4 is Mandatory during any date that snow may occur.
Ski access is approximately 3.5 blocks to free ski shuttle.
Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $255 + tax that will be applied to your rental.
The refundable damage deposit is $500.00 and will be collected in advance.
