River Lodge- Log Home with private fishing access in Breckenridge

River Ridge Rentals is proud to introduce another great property.  This 5 bedroom cabin style log home is located in the golf course area, but in an exclusive river front community.  Imagine hearing the water on the back patio, or putting on your fly fishing gear and strolling about 50 yards to the private river access.  This is a new listing for us so most dates are currently available for ski season 2011/2012 as well as summer 2012.

Bedroom #5 - Upstairs - Bunk Room- Bunk with twin on top, queen on bottom, and twin pull out trundle, along with a twin bed with a twin pull out trundle.  Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom #4 (4)
Alternate bedding - queen air mattress and a twin air mattress

This property can accommodate a maximum of 14 adults, or 16 total with children.
The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 6 vehicles.
4x4 is recommended during any date that snow may occur.
Ski access
Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $300 + tax that will be applied to your rental.
The refundable damage deposit is $1000.00 and will be collected in advance.
