This exceptional old time charmer gives you the opportunity of being in downtown Seaside while providing a peaceful seclusion on a large, private property. From the upstairs deck, westward, you have a bird's eye view of the ocean and the historic promenade that stretches up and down the beach front for almost 2 miles. Northward, you can see the Front street and the beautiful World Mark by Windham Resort. And, here you are, on the Broadway: fine restaurants, indoor miniture golf, bumper cars, tiltawhirl and the Funcenter Arcade for the kids.

The home inspires with old charm, most of the amenities preserving the original architecture. The upstairs has a master suite with a king bed and attached bathroom as well as a door to the upstairs deck. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen size bed and one with two queen size beds with a bathroom just outside it.

Downstairs, there is a bedroom just off the kitchen with a bathroom adjacent to it. A large kitchen with a kitchen nook sits next to the dining room and the spacious living room.

The backyard is large,private and quiet,landscaped and lightly forested. There is a large patio with a barbecue and dining table for six.

The house is just two blocks from a long sandy beach with excellent razor clamming from October through July. It's only three blocks from one of the several Seaside bridges over the Necanicum river that provides good crabbing and steel head fishing. Less than a mile to the south is the public golf course, surfing at "The Cove", and hiking along the Tillamook trail from which there are excellent views of the historic Seaside lighthouse.

Conveniently near the grocery stores and surf shops, this house is far enough away from everything so that you hear only the waves breaking on Seaside's beautiful beach.

No pets are allowed. The house is kid friendly and the large fenced yard provides both safety and privacy for the kids to play.
