The unusual name of this townhome comes from the owners being Minnesota natives, where the state bird is the Loon - a graceful and beautiful lake bird. This grace and beauty is reflected in the home's decor and overall feel; with color, warmth and class radiating throughout. A comfy red leather reading chair and inviting sectional(w/hide-a-bed)inhabits the living room and helps to create a cozy atmosphere along with the stone gas fireplace.

Wall-mounted TVs in the living room and master bedroom, along with wireless Internet connection, provides great indoor entertainment when not out playing on the beach. There are DVD/VHS players in each of the three bedrooms as well as movies and music CDs for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom includes a four poster king sized bed along with a full bath. A queen cottage bed is in one guest room, and twin bunks occupy the kids' room. Comfortable mattresses and linens will give you that great night sleep.

A well stocked kitchen and dining table for eight makes preparing a family meal an enjoyable task. Four stools at the breakfast bar make it easy to keep the conversation going while cooking.

The deck is a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening BBQs and has a nice sandy yard that kids enjoy. When you're ready to explore, four adult bikes with helmets are provided for touring Pacific City.

Pacific City is a gorgeous beach town and a perfect spot for surfing, shelling or strolling the sandy beach. The city is famous for a beautiful hike up the sand dune by The Pelican Pub and there is a great collection of shops, restaurants and galleries that add a vibrant feel to the town.
