The onsite Pointe Royale 18 hole Championship Golf Course has tee times from 7:00 AM - dark everyday. It also offers a full restaurant and lounge for your convenience. You will also enjoy the club house, restaurant, lounge, 2 lighted tennis courts, pro shop, equipment rental, 3 outdoor and 1 heated indoor swimming pools, playground, picnic areas and hot tub. The exercise center includes treadmills, exercise bikes, eliptical and weights. The resort has a lakeside park which offers fishing for Rainbow and Brown Trout.

Payment/Fees/General Policies

• $60 cleaning/linen fee.
• Taxes are 11.6% of rental amount.
• There is a credit card required for your damage waiver.
• 50% of fees are due at booking to hold your dates, balance at 3 weeks prior to stay.
• We take checks, money orders, MC, Visa and AmEx.
• Check in 4pm.   Check out 11am.

Cancellation Policies

• Up to 60 days in advance of your dates, there is $100 relisting fee.
• Between 59 days and 3 weeks, you forfeit first installment; within 3 weeks, forfeit full rental amount, unless we rebook and are able to consider further refunds.
• If you are concerned, we recommend trip insurance.
