sq ft house, sleeps 17 confortably! Massive corner fireplace, Wrapp 
around deck ( with gas barbeque )& private back yard! 
Warm open flowing floor plan, Huge kitchen also entertains dining 
area. Ajoins to more formal dining room.

Huge kitchen for multi families, fully equiped with Dishwasher, 
Microwave, Stove Refridgerator ect.. Oversized living room Boasts a 
massive corner Fireplace for stormy nights, 42" Plasma TV, 
Stereo,VCR & 
DVD player. Master bedroom with King Bed, 2nd Bedroom with Queen 
Bed, 3rd Bedroom 1 set of Bunk Beds and Twin Bed, 4th Bedroom has 1 
Queen 
and 2 Twin Beds.Living room contains a Queen size sleeper sofa and 
futon. All linens and kitchenware supplied. Billards room 
contains 8ft Oak, Slate pool table, Air Hockey table, TV, VCR & 
Nintendo 64 with games. Over 150 dvd movies and many games to choose from 
for the kids!
Washer & Drier also available.
Large Back yard with play structure for children and perfect for 
horse shoes and Bocci ball.

Chinook Winds Casino 1.5 miles, walking, hiking, fishing & 
crabbing, beach access, all within 1 block!

Parking is limited, 2 in driveway, 2-3 in front.

you may have. To make a reservation please call the number provided.

Winter Rates $285.00 a night, Reserve 6 nights receive the 7th free 
( Oct Through April Only ).
Summer Rates $395.00 a night, May-Sept,  

Holiday rates same as Summer rates, including Spring Break.

1% State Lodging Tax.

$145.00 Cleaning fee/Maid Service for 2 nights.
$165.00 Cleaning fee/Maid Service for 3 or more nights.
Credit Card to hold for security.

Preview the beach house before your family vacation or gathering by 
reserving one night Monday-Wednesday during the off season ( October-
April, excluding spring break  ) and receive the second night for
