Vacation Rental Description

Cozy ground floor unit that has been remodeled with hardwood floors, 
new furniture, comfortable new beds, and new appliances! Queen bed 
in the master and 2 twins in the second room. Very clean and easy to 
relax in this "Tommy Bahama" decor. Enjoy opening the door and 
walking 50 ft. to the ocean, or 15 ft. to the pool. Lovely ocean 
view from porch area. Very quiet and serene complex, perfect for 
chilling out! "Don't worry, be happy" in this beautiful setting.

Vacation Rental Amenities

One large swimming pool and kiddie pool. Club house overlooks 
the pool and ocean. Shuffle board, 2 laundry rooms per floor (our 
unit is only 2 doors away). Shopping, restaurants and church are 
across the street.  Easy access to Disney, MGM, Sea World, Kennedy 
Space Center, Daytona Beach, St. Augustine and more.

Activities and Attractions

Whatever you desire...golf, tennis, fishing, surfing, boogie 
boarding, swimming, walking, putt-putt golf, bowling, movie 
theatres, shopping, site seeing... it is up to you!

A $200 deposit at time of reservation is required, which becomes 
your damage/security deposit at time of check-in. Cancellation 
notice must be given in writing or email, 60 days prior to rental 
period in order to get refund. There is a $70 cleaning charge plus 
12.5% tax. NO PETS Allowed.
