The Bel Aire Beach House has ocean views, 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 king, 2 queens, 2 full baths, and a tropicaly decorated living room. There's a small dining area, big kitchen and screened porch with table and chairs for watching the sunrise over the ocean.  This house sits high enough to gain ocean breezes any time of the day. 

Downstairs has a laundry area as well as another sleeping area with a full bed and 4 twin beds, a sofa, love seat sofa, and TV.  This area is a great getaway area for kids to do their own thing!  Upstairs the adults can enjoy a large flatscreen TV or conversation around the dining table where meals or games can take place. 

Across the street is a new recreational faciility complete with tennis courts, playground, basketball court, and bocci bal courtl. 

The gas grill on the front porch allows for great meals.

 
There's a good parking area in the back of the house with a long driveway for parking trucks and trailers.  This property is located 5 minutes from Main St., Beach St. and the Ocean Walk.  It's a 10 min. drive to the Daytona airport and the speedway.

This house is a great family vacation home with its close proximity to the beach and has beach chairs, towels, and toys.

Adults only can enjoy the property's closeness to shopping, restaurants, scenic rides through The Loop and other 'old Florida' areas where Spanish moss hangs from the trees and ruins of old sugar mill plantations can be visited.  Destination Daytona is a quick 15 minute ride for bikers.  St. Augustine, the oldest city in the United States, is only 45 minutes up A1A along the ocean and shouldn't be missed.  For those who want to visit the Orlando theme parks, you're only 1 hr. away on Interstate #4.
