Once the home of the famous Chi Chi Club owner, this post & beam mid-century modern home features a fantastic 37,000 gallon private saltwater mosaic tiled pool and a 12' flagstone & slate fireplace. This getaway destination home is located in the very desirable Deepwell neighborhood in South Palm Springs. It is in one the best locations in Palm Springs; walking distance to shops and restaurants and a minute's drive to downtown Palm Springs, the Spa Resort and Casino, the Palm Springs Convention Center and the Palm Springs Airport. There is a half circular driveway, car-port and street parking.
This fabulous vacation home offers three bedrooms, two ensuites offering a king bed & 3rd bedroom with twin beds. The master suite bathroom includes a sunk-in tub featuring an original cut-glass window from the famous Sardes Nightclub on Hollywood & Vine. It also includes a shower and double vanities. The other 2 bathrooms include full baths with showers. Each bedroom has a TV with cable to watch your favorite programs and /or DVD's and direct access to the private pool.
The living area includes a sunk-in conversation area with a flagstone & slate fireplace, a sunk-in wet bar with original chairs from the Chi Chi lounge, dining table for 6 and a TV area with a 47" HDTV with DVD and DVR. Also browse the web with Wi-Fi access or dock your iPod, iPhone, or iPad to enjoy your favorite music. The kitchen opens to the pool and offers updated stainless steel appliances, fully stocked for your cooking needs.
The private outside oasis features a 30' salt water pool, shaded patio with eating area and gas BBQ and large sunning area with five lounge chairs and a seating area.

City of Palm Springs TOT tax: 11.5% of the total rental rate, cleaning fees, pet fees and utilities. No tax on stays over 28 days.

Cleaning Fee: $225, regardless of how many guests or how long you stay*

Mid-stay cleaning fee: Monthly Guests are required to have 2 cleanings per month. Average mid-stay cleaning fee is $100-$200.

Pets are negotiable, per owner's approval.
