Not down the street or a block away, the beach access is the closest thing to our front door. No elevators... no crowds.

- 3 Bedrooms (KINGS) + 2 Bunkrooms (4 single beds) + 1 Sleeper Sofa and 2 Bathrooms, 2 Private Outdoor Showers, 2 Full Kitchens & Family Rooms (w/2 New Samsung 51in Flat Screens). Great for larger families  or 2 families traveling together! For your privacy the entrances and parking are on opposite sides of the house.

Located in the quiet Laguna Beach section of Panama City Beach, The Oleander Cottage is on the corner of Front Beach Rd. and Oleander Street. This is certainly one of the quietest, most family oriented neighborhoods you will find. This is the quiet West End of Panama City you have heard so much about. With a view of the Gulf from your family room, it's only 30 feet to the Beach walk over the dunes. No getting in the car to go to the beach... it's across the street.

Worlds away from the hustle and bustle but only a few miles from everything you want to do and see. It's the perfect way to have a getaway and still enjoy all the new activities Panama City Beach now offers. The Carousel Grocey store and Thomas Doughnuts are just down the street. Shop and eat where local families and guests have enjoyed for generations. The NEW Pier Park is only a short ride away (about 5 minutes) and we are only 3 miles from Hwy79 (which leads to our NEW International Airport). Frank Brown park is 3 miles away.
