This 2+ BR, 3Ba, ranch style home sleeps 2-8 guests. The family
room/guest suite has a Queen
sleeper sofa,and love seat, as well as a
walk-in closet,and 3rd bathroom.

The "split " floorplan of the house allows
much privacy, as each sleeping room,(2 BR
and guest addition) has 2 other rooms between
them. The spacious layout of the house is
complemented by the "cozy" feel.
The house sort of "hugs" the patio.

There are several golf courses, and pools
with jacuzzi's on the community premises.
Its a Great way to get the feel of
what "retirement" is meant to be like.
It's also a good way to check out the area
for house-hunting or waiting for your own

horseback riding, nightlife, for the adventurers.
I understand there is even ice skating, river
rafting, and a steamboat trip, in nearby
Mesa or Tempe.

There are several spring training camps
for the major league baseball teams.

On the premises in Sun Lakes, are 5 Clubhouses,
each with several Golf Courses, and swimming
pools. One of the pools is even salt water.
