Minimum:  2 Nights

Low Season (October through April):  $120.00/night up to 4 People / additional people add $10.00/night per person, maximum 8

High Season(May-September and all Holidays):  $160.00/night up to 4 People / additional people add $15.00/night per person, maximum 8

Cleaning Fee:  $75.00 up to 4 people / over 4 people, cleaning $125.00

Full payment due 30 days in advance of stay;

CANCELLATIONS: If received at least 21 days in advance of stay your deposit will
be returned less 10% service charge; 15% of your deposit will be returned if given a two week notice.  0% if same week.
