We have found a wonderful island to add to our already great selection, Saint Martin or as the Dutch call it, Sint Maarten is a small, 37 miles2, just  half the size of Washington D.C., but breathtakingly beautiful
island surrounded by the undulating, multi-hued, blue waters of the  Caribbean.

We have discovered what we believe to be the cream of the crop The villa offer 360 degree views to St. Barthelemy and Anguilla ,golden sand, private beaches. 

The villa offers top notch amenities and is absolutely gorgeous. 

Enjoys total privacy and dazzling views of the Caribbean Sea, spectacular sunsets from the poolside
terrace with outdoor dining and comfortable exterior living area or step up from the pool area to a
sundeck with panoramic views over the island.

The villa is a very short walk of 5 minutes to 2 beautiful beaches.

There are all miodern amenities you can think of, inlcuding a great pool table for your enjoyment

The hardwood floors are brand new , theproeprty has been completely updated and refurbished

All with air-conditioned bedrooms, varied bed sizes, each with their own en-suite baths.

Bedrooms open out to a covered gallery that runs the full length of  the villa. There are large open
air living/dining room with direct access to the covered gallery.
Outdoors there is ample space for covered dining and enjoying the wonderful ocean view. The music
system has speakers in almost every room as well as outside. 
 
A large swimming pool is a wonderful place to relax and spend the day lounging.

Rates are per room per day and vary on  number of guests and the time of the year.
We are in business for over 24 years and do not offer properties unles we stayed there or pesonally inspected it

The local taxes are not inlcuded in the rate.
