or as the Dutch call it, Sint Maarten is a small, 37 miles2, just
half the size of Washington D.C., but breathtakingly beautiful
island surrounded by the undulating, multi-hued, blue waters of the
Caribbean.

We have discovered what we believe to be the cream of the crop of
villas, both on the French and the Dutch sides. Some of the villas
have 360 degree views to St. Barthelemy and Anguilla others have
golden sand, private beaches. All have top notch amenities and are
absolutely gorgeous.

the villa. There are large open
air living/dining room with direct access to the covered gallery.
Outdoors there is ample space for
covered dining and enjoying the wonderful ocean view. The music
system has speakers in almost every
room as well as outside.

Marble floors throughout give this Caribbean rattan and antique
furnished home a very comfortable
feeling. A large swimming pool between the house and the beach is a
wonderful place to relax and
spend the day lounging.
