Beautiful oversized one bedroom condo fully furnished with all 
bedding and kitchen utensils.Located on the second floor,there is a 
balcony located off the bedroom with a seperate utility room with a 
washer and dryer.The living room and breakfeast room are just off 
the veranda with ample light on three sides of the unit. 
There is also a convertable sofabed in the living room for visitors. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a beautiful community pool overlooking the lake.
There  are tennis courts and a community club house.
There is ample space to take leisurly walks among the palm trees and 
well kept landscaping, all within the privacy of the commmunity.
A variety of shoping is minutes away on US route 1.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, walking, tennis, bingo, card games, community dinners and 
lot's of fun and leisure.
Disney theme park is within reasonable driving time.

Rates - 2007-2008
55 and over community.
Minimum 3 month rental @ $1,200 per month.
Over three months @ $ 950.00 per month.
At least one party must be 55 or over.
Rates - 2007-2008
Jan.,Feb.,March - $ 1,200.00 per month - Min. 3 month rental.
Rates prior to Jan. or after March - $ 950.00 per month 
Avaialble Year Round @ $ 850.00 per month(Phone & electric not 
included for the year round rental )
