Authentic FLOWER DISTRICT loft in CHELSEA: Top floor loft/apartment for rental.

LOFT with lots of window and skylight and wooden floors, custom designer furniture; 950 square feet.

VERY BIG FOR NYC APARTMENTS!  A LOT OF LIGHT!  DIRECT FULL VIEW OF THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING.

The LOFT has 3 segments:

A. Living room with direct view on the Empire State Building ( closer view than the photography shows!) WIth one Sofa bed fits 2 people.

B. Bedroom area ( custom made Murphy bed, Queen size, fits 2 people) with white curtains and closets dresser with 8 drawers.

C. Dining room area with an 72 inch table and 4 bar stools, bathroom with skylight and kitchen with a window and door to the fire stairs.

Booking: 50% has to be paid through paypal and the full rent by arrival ( plus the service charge from paypal) when you get the keys.

Five days minimum. Priced is based on double occupancy.

$ 35/ night for any addtional person.

Fully furnished:
Flat screen 32 inch high definition TV, DVD, wireless internet, Miele vacuum cleaner, iron board ( big and for sleeves) and iron, cleaning material.

Kitchen: Wine glasses, water glasses, coffee mugs, small plates, big plates, soup plates, etc. silver wear, kitchen towels, cooking pants, salt & pepper, napkins, etc..

Bathroom: Face towels, small towels, big shower towels, toilet paper, body wash. shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper, etc..

Bedroom: One custom-made Murphy bed in Queen size ( 2 Adults) and two Air Beds for additional guests. 2 Duvets and 4 pillows are always dry cleaned for the next tenant!
Many linens: sheets, fitted sheets, pillow covers for the beds.

Living room has an additional sofa bed: fits 2 people. See above details under description.

Wlaking distance to the Theatre Distric and Times Square. ( 10 blocks!)

Walking distance to the Galleries in Chelsea: 22nd to 27th and 10 Avenue.

Along 28th street and on the corner of 23rd and 6th are all of the major subway lines of Manhattan and PATH train.

Taxis are easy to catch: 6th avenue going uptown, 7th avenue going downtown

Any additional person is $ 45/ night extra.

Cleaning fee is $ 125.

Cleaning is based on 2 guests. $ 50 will be added for a third and fourth guest.
