Lake, and only 1/2 mile from The Casinos.

There are 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths in this 1600 + square foot, 2
Story, Cozy Mountain Home.
It's fully furnished with a Gas Fireplace, Three Cable TV's, Two
VCR's, 3 DVD Players, Portable CD/Radio, Five
Telephones, and Clock Radios in all the bedrooms.
The laundry room is equipped with Washer and Dryer and there's a
Microwave in the Fully Furnished Kitchen.
Following your day's activities, relax and enjoy the "Classic" Hot
Springs Hot Tub! It is elevated on the redwood deck in the fully
fenced private back yard.
Comfortably sleeps 10 (King, Queen, 4 twins, Sofa Bed)
Towels & linens provided.

Summer Months.....May through October $200.00 per night
Winter Months.....November through April $250.00 per night
Holidays are higher.
A $300.00 Security/Cleaning deposit must be received to assure your
time slot. This deposit is fully refundable minus any abnormal
cleaning or damage charges. Until this deposit is received active
rental activity will continue. Confirmation of receipt will be sent
within one working week. An additional $150.00 per stay is required
to cover the Laundry and Cleaning service we employ. The key,
directions to the home, and instructions to unlock the hot tub will
be sent when the full rental balance is received.
Full rental balance is due 30 days prior to rental date.
The home is a no smoking area! If it is determined that smoking of
any type has occurred, there is a full forfeiture of the security
deposit.
Check in time is 5:00 PM
Check out time is 11:00 AM
Check in and check out times are firm unless other arrangements are
made.
