Lakeview Cottages in Ludington

Step back in time at our ADORABLE 1940's cottage resort, just 2 short blocks to beautiful Lake Michigan! 

You will love the newly remodeled cottages that share a common area complete with BBQ grills, picnic tables and a fire pit.  We also offer laundry facilities for you to use during your stay.  Perfect for family reunions!  Everyone can have thier own private cottage, while spendiing quality time right next to eachother.  The cottages are within walking distance to all of downtown Ludington.

Nicely furnished with quality furnishings, to include brand new luxury beds made here in Michigan.  Everything is in top working order, new flooring, newly remodeled bathrooms, new plumbing fixtures, fresh white subway tiling in the bathrooms, new mattress pads and quilts.  Fully stocked kitchens, complete with a coffee pot and filters, dishsaop, all of the pots and pans, dishes, etc.  All of the Lakeview cottages have brand new A/C units for the summer months.  Make use of the gas BBQ grills,or if you would prefer charcoal, we also have one for you to use!  Bring along you computer and take advantage of our free Wi-Fi!  We have one pet friendly cottage available for an added fee.

• Like to fish!?  There are plenty of places for you to do this, or charter a boat from one of the locals!

• Cottage #1, studio sleeps 3:  $130/nightly or $850/weekly optional "pet friendly" additional $50. 
• Cottage #2, studio sleeps 3:  $130/nightly or $850/weekly
• Cottage #3, 2 bedroom sleeps 8:  $190/nightly or $1200/weekly
• Cottage #4, 2 bedroom sleeps 7:  $190/nightly or $1200/weekly
• Cottage #5, 1 bedroom sleeps 5:  $170/nightly or $1000/weekly
• Cottage #6, 1 bedroom sleeps 6:  $170/nightly or $1000/weekly
• Main Craftsman House, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 9:  $250/nightly or $1700/weekly
• Entire resort, 10 bedrooms, sleeps 45:  $1,000/nightly or 6800/weekly, all cleaning fees waived for entire resort rental (to one party) regardless of nights booked, 3 night minimum.
• Cleaning fee of $75 only applies to stays less than a week.
