Chosing la martiniere is the begining of a wonderfull vacation.
The Villa is located in the gated Orient Bay village (24 hours security),with walking distance of St Martin most famous Orient Beach(10 minutes walk, 2 minutes drive)
This spacious bungalow style villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms(one king, one queen and one twin) with ceiling fans, 2,5 bathrooms and can accomodate up to 6 people. The dining area and the terrace overlooks Orient Bay and saint Barth's.
All rooms are one level,this making La Martiniere a perfect spot for families with young children.
Large sliding gass doors open into a large covered terrace and a beautiful caribbean garden.The swimming pool is sorrounded by wooden deck and stone patio and offer an outdoor lounge, loungres; a hammock and total privacy for sun bathing and relaxing.
