Apartment - South Beach, Florida
Newly renovated and furnished 650 square foot studio apartment with terrace on the 5th floor. Located on West Avenue between 11th and 12th street. Only 5 blocks from Lincoln Road which is home to over 30 restaurants and many boutiques. It is a $7 cab ride or 15 min walk to the ocean and all the hot spots. The building has a pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the bay. There are two Queen size beds and a full-size sleeper sofa plus air mattress.
The apartment is equipped with a 42'' flat screen TV's with Direct TV included. There is a pub table with 4 leather stools. There is also a convenience store in lobby that sells wine & beer, soft drinks, paper goods, and many other items. The Mondrian Hotel (A South Beach hot spot) is next door. There is valet parking available in the building.
Available for weekly rentals from $1000 to $1400 per week depending on the week and season There is a surcharge for certain weeks including music festival $1800.
