The entire complex uses filtered water, and there is security 24 hours. A full time manager/concierge is available each day.

Short ride or walk to grocery store. BBQ grills available for no charge. Great place to go to be active, or just get away and sit by a quiet beach or pool.
vacation rental rates
Peak Season (Thanksgiving and Dec 15 - Mar 30): $180 per night, $1200 per week.
Off Peak Season (all other dates): $125 per night, $850 per week.
10% deposit due at booking. Balance due 15 days prior to arrive Off Peak, 60 days prior to arrival (Peak).
Rate includes all required taxes and fees.
