attached garage sleeps up to twelve people.  
 
Secluded on ten private acres of towering pine trees, this property  
adjoins thousands of acres of state forest and the Manistee River  
Valley. 
 
Located on a paved county road for convenient easy access. Walking  
distance to trout stream.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen includes, stove, refrigerator, microwave,  
dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, and other small appliances.  
Dining room table opens up to seat 8-10 people. 
 
Other amenities include gas forced air heat, central air  
conditioning, washer, dryer, rustic decor, large deck, outdoor  
barbecue, camp fire pit, Directv Satellite TV (with HBO, Showtime,  
Cinemax, The Movie Channel and sports channels - including Golf TV).  
 
All bedrooms include a queen size bed with pillow-top mattress, log  
head and footboard, log chest of drawers, log night stand, remote  
controlled television, am/fm clock radio and phone. 
 
The living room includes a queen size hide-a-bed sofa, 2 leather  
swivel rocker recliners, log furniture, TV, stereo system with CD  
player, DVD player, and VCR. 
 
Private lake with sandy beach and picnic grounds.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekends and Holidays: $55 per person for the first six guests. 
 
Weekdays: $35 per person for the first six guests. 
 
Additional guests up to a total of twelve are free.
