Our villa occupies one of the sought after totally private positions; overlooking a breathtaking natural 14 acre fishing lake with a fabulous romantic view of the morning sunrise from the master ensuite over the pool and lake.  We are on the prestigious Lake Berkley Resort (minutes off the buzzing 192) and is just 10 minutes to Disney – Location, Location, Location.

As private owners we pride ourselves in our attention to detail customer care and service offering lots of extra special touches. Our aim is for you to have the holiday of a lifetime and to be made to feel special from the minute you walk through our door. Our managment company live very close to the villa and are on hand to assist is making sure you have a Magical vacation.

Our luxury, fully air conditioned villa can sleep a maximum of 10 and has two master suites so can easily accommodate two families and is lovingly furnished to the highest standard with nothing being too much trouble to ensure that your stay in our villa is anything but perfect.

One of the twin bedrooms is themed with Winnie the Pooh and there is a 7 foot pool table, foosball table in the fabulous air conditioned Den with a PS2 and games, DVD collection, books, toys and board games for all the family to enjoy. We even supply a teapot for that much needed cuppa and sun hats to help protect from the rays and rain ponchos by the door in case of the very occasional downpour!! We do try to think of everything.
