sleeps 2-8 with 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Queen Futon.  Home has backyard  
and access to community Pool and Jacuzzi.  Located in trendy gated  
community in Henderson, Nevada, a few minutes walk from the Green  
Valley Ranch casino and hotel resort.  Only 15 minutes drive to the  
Las Vegas strip and McCarran International Airport. Great convenient  
location!

Vacation Rental Amenities

House is 1800 sq ft and fully furnished with tasteful, upmarket  
executive style furnishings. It has full kitchen with granite  
countertops and gas range, microwave and dishwasher. Family room has  
large television and surround sound stereo. Master bedroom has  
television. High speed internet and cable TV service included.  
Backyard with spacious patio. There is a swimming pool and hot tub  
available in the community.

Activities and Attractions

It's walking distance to the Green Valley Casino resort which has  
many restaraunts, a very popular buffet, and many bars including the  
Whiskey Bar, Drop Bar and  Irish Pub.  It also has a top quality  
European Spa and also a cinema, as well as extensive shopping in  
close proximity.  The home is right off the 215 beltway and 15  
minutes drive from the McCarran International Airport and 15 minutes  
drive to the Las Vegas strip. Approximately 40 minute drive to the  
Hoover Damn.  Great convenient location!

Vacation Rental Rates

$249 per night, 3 night minimum. $1,249 per week, $2,495 per month.   
Based on Occupancy of 8 Persons.  Rates are in $US and subject to  
change without notice.  
 
$950 refundable security deposit. 
 
Payment required in full to secure booking if 60 days before  
(otherwise 50% required to reserve).  No cancellations or refund  
within 60 days.
