This is a great, basic home in a nice neighborhood that boasts an awesome location and value. Relax in the comfort of this all brick home with its granite counters,eat in kitchen and even a screened porch with rocking chairs and fenced backyard. There is a nice breakfast area that overlooks the backyard as well as the relaxing spacious family room with two couches and multiple chairs and a planning desk. You are biking/jogging distance to Sullivans Island (5 minutes by car)or Old Mount Pleasant (3-5 minutes). 10 minutes into downtown Charleston or patriots point, 15 minutes from the airport. Truly a great spot to call home-base for your stay in Charleston/Mount Pleasant area. This home is pet friendly with a fenced yard and low worry floors that are a stained and finished slab with throw rugs.
