Our home is the perfect Lake, Foliage, Ski and Honeymoon/Romanctic Escape! amazing 250' prime Lake Champlain waterfront luxurious with great views, swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing and close to everything you might want to get out and explore from foliage to apple picking, cider making, Ben & Jerry's Factory tour, Alpaca Farm and lots of great festivals, events and amenities. Hardwood floors and tile on the first floor and tile and brand new Berber on the second floor. There is a private deck off the master bedroom overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains with amazing sunsets almost every night. There is a master bath with a Jacuzzi tub overlooking the lake and mountains, 5 skylights, a gas insert wood stove, all new appliances and custom cherry cabinets throughout. Also a brand new double deck off the first floor grand room and sun room overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Gas insert fireplace, full recreation room w/pool, ping pong, slide hockey and darts! We have 3 kayaks and a brand new paddle boat, flat bottomed fishing scanoe boat & private docks. Amazing bass/trout fishing right off our docks. Guests catch 40 fish in 2 days right off our dock!
