Two padded lounge chairs, umbrella and table are reserved and set up especially for you daily at the beach and included in your reservation. This second floor, center of the building immaculate condo is beautifully furnished and ready for you. The spacious master bedroom has two double beds with new comfort sleep mattresses, beautiful linens, flat screen TV and private bath with granite, tile and glass shower. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a second full bath with shower / tub. The kitchen is newly updated in Fall of 2012 with stainless steel appliances and granite counters and is fully equipped. A generous size dining table and large screen TV complete the living space for your comfortable stay. Sliding glass doors open to a beautiful oceanfront balcony with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. Beach towels, extra beach chairs, free secured WiFi are included. The heated pool is oceanfront and adjoins a courtyard and BBQ area.
