Vacation Rental Rates

Spring          $500/week:  Mar 31 to May 31th 
Summer          $700/week:  May 31  to Aug 2 
Late Summer     $500/week:  Aug 2 to Sept 6 
Fall            $350/week:  Sept 6 - Dec 31 
Winter          $800/month  Jan 1st to March 28 
*There is a 10% Florida tax; $60 cleaning fee and a $15 parking  
pass fee.   A $100 refundable reservation deposit is required.
