Vacation Rental Description

The view at the top is what you see out our balcony. It is right on  
the ocean This beuatiful 2 bed/2bath condo is at mile marker 92.5 in  
Tavernier. 
This condo is the premier condo in the entire resort.  It overlooks  
the large boat basin and sits directly on the Atlantic Ocean.   
You can sit on the balcony and enjoy beautiful sunrises with a  
unobstructed view of the Ocean. This condo has been completely  
remodeled. There is a king bed in the master, 2 twins in the guest  
room and a beautiful wicker queen sofa bed in the livingroom. We have  
put the personal touch of the keys to this unit and would love to  
share our piece of paradise with you.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a deep boat basin with dockage up to 28 foot boats for $10  
dollars per day plus $3.00 per foot. You will need your boat  
insurance and registration  card with you. There is a full service  
marina (Tavernier Creek Marina on the Bay side) within minutes of the dock that can  
supply you with gas, bait, ice, food, and all diving needs. There is   
world class fishing available within minutes from the dock. You can  
be bonefishing on a ocean side flat or trolling for dolphin with a  
straight run off the dock.  There is a pool for those windy days,  
swings for children, lighted tennis courts, jacuzzi, lighted pier to  
walk out on (for romance), a clubhouse with breakfast and sandwiches and happy hour,  
(the clubhouse has a wi-fi connection available to everyone) and  
sandy beach area with chairs for lounging.The unit is equipped with  
hair dryers, ironing board and iron, cable, dvd player, 2 TV;s,  
stereo, washer and dryer, King bed in master, 2 twins in guest, queen  
pullout, full kitchen, linens, all new appliances.

Activities and Attractions

The wild bird sancuary is at the top of the street, John Pennekamp  
State National Park is 8 miles north with jet skiis, snorkeling,  
diving, etc. There is also the Tavinier Marina as mentioned above  
with many activities, a state park at the end of the street for  
picinicing and lounging with a playground, many resturants for  
ordering dinner such as Craigs Deli, an Irish Pub, Coffee /Book  
store, movie theater, Pier One, Winn Dixie, Bank of America, hardware  
store, etc. all within 1 mile. There are many activities close by to  
choose from and get the full flavor of just being in the Keys with  
the beach, boats, and water. Robbie's is just a short trip south where you can rent charter's 1/2  
and  
full days, snorkling trips, breakfast and lunch served on the dock while you watch the tarpon be  
fed.

Weekly rental with a 3 day minimium for special occassions Will consider matching comparable rentals  
in area Monthly rates are January - April $4400.00  May - Dec. $3500.00

Feb 1 - Feb 28  1450.00 per week 
Mar1 - Mar 31   1200.00 per week 
Apr 1- June 30  1000.00 per week  
July 1-August 9 1200.00 per wee 
Aug 10-Sept 1   1000.00 per week 
Sept 2-Dec 15   1100.00 per week Special for Sept 14 -21  $800.00 for the week 
Christmas Specials TBA 
A $500.00 refundable deposit due with 1/2 rent on booking Cleaning
