All rooms over look the fabulous new pool and spa. Cook on the gas grill and look for Manatees swimming in Coconut Bayou. This salt water canal gives you direct access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The 30' dock and the deep water will handle just about any boat.
The New Pool and Spa are heated by a heat pump and are controled by an electronic key pad. The spa features therapy jets and and aireator. Also this pool has whimsical water jets that shoot over the pool as well as a waterfall and sun deck. The 900 sq ft patio is perfect for out door entertaining, eating and just taking up the beautiful warm sunshine.
Pine street is only 2 blocks from this home and has many unique shops and restaurants.
The Gulf of Mexico beach is only 4 blocks and Tampa bay with the fishing piers and restaurants are only 3 blocks away.
Take your date on a bike ride around the Island on the two bikes we have for your use or hop on the free trolley for a tour of the entire island. The Trolley will take you anywhere on the island for free and pick you up at one of the stops to take you back home to your private paradise.
