Attractions: Nauset Beach, E Orleans MA (5 min walk) and other Cape Cod beaches and attractions, 90 minutes to Boston. Construction was completed 8/06. There are 4 floors. The large Master Bedroom has: ocean views, a walk-out deck, air conditioning, a built-in Cal King bed, his & her walk-in closets, a gas log fireplace, his & her bathrooms, with a whirlpool tub in 'her' bath & a shower accessible to both baths. The large 1st floor bedroom has a King bed, a gas log fire place and air conditioning.
The laundry-'powder room' has a new 'Duet' Washer & Dryer. The lower deck, off the 1st floor bedroom and the dining room, has a retractable screen. There is a raised living room with air conditioning, TV and a gas log fire place. The 2 second floor bedrooms have window AC units. There is a built-in stereo system throughout. Down stairs is a walk-out den, with a wet bar, TV and a bath room with a shower. The patio has a built-in, natural gas Lynx grill, a Hot Tub & an outdoor shower.
