This unit backs onto a green space and looks out to the Arizona mountains. Very quiet, yet very close to shopping. Walking distance to major food stores and very quick drive to Costco. This condo is well located with Paradise Valley Mall, Desert Ridge Mall and Fashion Square in the area. Very clean and inviting! No pets, non-smoking, damage deposit required.
