Gulf View Condominium in Anna Maria Island

     Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island in the city of Bradenton Beach, this prime location at the west end of Bridge Street, right next to the Beach House Restaurant, provides a vacationer with all the options.

     Stroll the beach south to Coquina Beach and Longboat Pass or north all the way to Bean Point. Walk to shopping on picturesque Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach, or ride the free Trolley to stores in Holmes Beach or the City of Anna Maria. A wide variety of excellent restaurants are less than 5 minutes away by foot and many more a very short drive.

     Enjoy shelling fishing, parasailing, swimming and miniature golf without ever starting your car. Or, drive a short distance to many other attractions including the renowned Ringling complex featuring an art gallery, circus museum and restored mansion. Visit St Armands Circle for some of the best designer shopping on the Gulf Coast. Take a short trip, about one hour, to Busch Gardens in Tampa, or take the approximately two hour drive to Walt Disney World and the many other Orlando attractions.

     Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from your balcony. Stop for a swim in the heated pool as you walk the few feet to the beach. Or, walk on the beach first, use the outdoor shower to clean the sand from your feet and then have a swim in the pool. Your choice!!

     Anna Maria Island is about 20 minutes from Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport and Tampa International Airport is a little over an hour north. From Interstate 75, Florida Exit 220, it is a one-route, 14 mile drive to the Island.

     We are very active in the management of our unit at Gulf View and take pride in keeping it very clean and up to date.  We have recently replaced the windows and all the mattresses and springs. The TV in the living room has been updated to a 37" LCD flat screen and we just installed a wall-mounted 32" LCD flat screen TV with an integral DVD player in the master bedroom.  We also added a fan on the outside porch for cooling on warm nights, renovated the shower in the master bath, purchased a new washer and dryer and made other improvements. 

     The screened-in balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico, overlooking the beach, surf and gorgeous sunsets is the focal point of the condo for many clients.  Al fresco dining, reading, people-watching and more are all enjoyed from this spot. 

     The living room and dining area are combined and provide a comfortable oasis for those times when guests want to be inside.  The sofa in the living room converts into a bed.

     The kitchen is fully equipped including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, micro-wave, coffee maker and all the normally expected dishes, flatware and cooking utensils.

     The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has two single beds.  One of the two full bathrooms is inside the master suite and the other is adjacent to the guest bedroom.  All linens, including beach towels, are provided.  There is a new washer and dryer in the unit.

     The unit is air conditioned, excellent wireless internet is available and there is a house phone that receives any incoming call and can be used for free local outgoing calls.

     Each of the 10 units in Gulf View has designated parking for two vehicles on the ground level under the building.  Additional visitor parking is also provided.

     The heated swimming pool is reserved for the use of Gulf View guests.  There are picnic tables, a freshwater shower and a gas barbeque grill in the pool area that any of the guests may use.
