Three Level Townhouse with Beautiful Ocean Views in Dewey Beach

Wake to fabulous ocean views! All three levels have ocean views.
The master bedroom, with it's own deck, has an incredible view of
the ocean. (The first two photos were taken from this deck) Two
bedrooms share a bath on the first level. One bedroom has a queen
size bed and a TV hooked to cable. The other lower-level bedroom has
a full-size bed with twin bunk over top and a TV with a DVD player but no cable yet. The 2nd level features the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. The
living room has a 32" TV with cable, DVD and VCR. There are about 250
DVDs and a movie review book for rainy days and a lot of VHS tapes.
For those that need to get a little work done, wireless hi-speed
internet is available. We replaced one couch a year ago and are replacing the blue one in the photos this off-season as well. Two bedrooms,
each with it's own bath are on the top level. The master features a
king-size bed and TV hooked to cable with a DVD player. The second
upstairs bedroom has its own bath and two twin beds. There
are five decks, so it's easy to relax with a book. The beach is less
than 50 yards away. This is a
small, quiet community of 14 townhouses where you can enjoy quiet
time, or walk one block to the nightlife Dewey Beach offers.

New siding and roofs were put on the complex the fall of 2005. New
sliding doors (7 total) and windows installed in this unit 2006.

Rentals are Friday-Friday in May and June.  They are Saturday to Saturday beginning June 30, 2012

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a microwave, range,
dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and more.
Washer and dryer.
Outside shower for rinsing off.
The living room has a 32" TV hooked to cable with DVD player, VCR
with about 250 DVD movies and 100 VHS movies and stereo system.
The master bedroom has a 27" TV hooked to cable and DVD.
One lower-level bedroom has a 20" TV hooked to cable and VCR.
One bedroom has a king bed. One bedroom has a queen bed. One
bedroom has a full and twin. One bedroom has two twins.
There is also a sofa-bed.

The ocean calls so relax and enjoy the tranquility of the beach.
Jet ski rentals are available on the bay, just a couple of blocks
away.

Plenty of golf courses nearby.
Run to the north end of the Rehoboth Boardwalk and back for a 4.25
mile run.
Shopping galore at the outlet malls.

Dewey Beach implemented a 3% tax on all beach rentals beginning in the spring of 2009.  Add 3% to the price of the weeks listed below.
