 Completely furnished and remodeled spacious 1000 sqft 2bd/2ba home, our Southwestern style casita will make you discover Tucson from a convenient and safe location. The colorful and tastefully decoration brings a pleasant and elegant Southwestern atmosphere. The area is quiet and peaceful.  Adjacent to the Foothills, the most luxury area in town, you are located close to the Catalina Mountains. You can enjoy the mountain views from the front of our house.  Many hicking trails are close by like Pima Canyon, Finger Rock trail. A public golf course is available at walking distance. Tucson is well know for its friendly biking trails. The neighborhood is quiet and many paths are accessible by foot to walk your dog if needed. You will be able to relax in our private fenced large backyard  with patio chairs and tables. Shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, evening activities  are located within  1 mile . If you need to reach downtown or UA , it will only take you 10 to 15 min . A city bus line is located at the entrance of the community deserving all Tucson.
PET friendly home with wood floors and large fenced backyard. An extensive deep cleaning is done after each renter.
The pool is 30 ft across the house. A covered parking is also available

Rates are the following:

-From September to December: 600 USD per week; 1800 USD for one month;week end rate: 225 USD no taxes
- From January to April: 700 USD per week; 2100 USD for one month;
week-end rate: 250 USD no taxes
- From May to August: 450 USD per week; 1350 USD for one month;
week-end rate : 200 USD no taxes
-$50 cleaning fees, additional cleaning fee of $50 if pets
