Vacation Rental Rates

 
January, February, April-December(except Christmas) 
$2800/month or $975/week or 200.00 per night.
March/Christmas/holidays is 1900.00 per week or 350.00 per night. 
3 night minimum  except March and Christmas 5 night min
Includes utilities, basic cable and local phone, high speed 
internet. 
$500.00 deposit holds reservation, balance must be paid 45 days 
prior to arrival or deposit will be forfeited and reservation 
canceled.No refunds within 45 days. 250.00 cleaning fee (all 
deposits are refundable)
