i. Three story, three bedroom house located on Popham Beach
(Phippsburg, Maine)
ii. Third floor is the master bedroom with a Swedish foam
mattress

iii. Second floor main bedroom has two twins

iv. Second floor bunk room (two bunk beds that can be converted
into one bunk bed that sleeps 6)
1. Sleeps 4 � 6 very comfortably. � Great fun for kids)
v. Currently one and a half bath
vi. Most everything should be included except linens and
towels.
(Laundry matt in town 15 minutes)
vii. Built March 2000
viii. Pool table room added off the back (Spring 2002)
ix. Gas heat with electric heater in full bathroom

Everything you can think of...
Internet, cable TV, DVD, radio/cd player, phone, games, excessive
space, cozy chairs for reading, full kitchen, entire floor for the
master bedroom, .... and more

Each year I give first option to returning renters and they have been returning since it was built in 2000.
 
I am mostly looking for people to rent, like myself, who enjoy the
other times of year, (when school is in session and families aren't
able to rent) like Fall Foliage, winter snows, spring showers and flowers, and
just love the beach any time of year!

I'm also open to the idea of free lodging in exchange for a caretaker in the spring and/or fall to open and close and make fixes and improvements.
