Eastern Market Suites-1890 Victorian, 100 steps to metro in Washington

1/2 city block from Eastern Market metro, Eastern Market Suites is a newly renovated Victorian guest house featuring a two bedroom suite on the garden level with modern amenities located in the heart of Capitol Hill at Eastern Market in Washington, DC. You have subway access to anywhere in the city, and around the corner from Barrack's Row shopping and restaurants.  Eastern Market and Barrack's Row have become one of the most popular DC destination points in recent years featuring a variety of cuisines, open air shopping, and pedestrian plaza.

Your visit to Washington, DC whether for business or pleasure, will only be wonderfully enhanced by the charming, warm and welcoming environment that is Eastern Market Suites!

Amenities include a two bedroom suite with private bathroom which includes a full shower, separate living room with sofa-bed and 46" HDTV (cable & wifi internet) & full-service eat-in kitchen.  A washer and dryer is provided for your use. The suite does have access to the rear garden and patio.

We can provide a free parking permit for your stay. We will just need your tag information and the State of Registration.

There is no smoking in the suites.  Also, pets are not allowed!

Located in an 1890's Victorian row house on Capitol Hill, the Eastern Market Suites overlook a quiet, tree lined street in the heart of our residential neighborhood; surrounded by shops, restaurants, coffee houses, and major Washington, D.C. attractions and conveniences, only one and a half blocks from the historic Eastern Market and less than 100 paces from the entrance of the Eastern Market Metro subway station (serviced by both the Blue and the Orange Metro subway lines). We are only seven blocks from the United States Capitol Building & the U.S. Supreme Court, and less than a 10 minute subway ride to The National Mall, the Smithsonian Museums, the National Air & Space Museum, the National Gallery of Art, the Museum of the American Indian, the National Botanical Gardens, the Museums of Natural History and of American History and too many other monuments and attractions to list here.

Rates For Two Bedroom Suite:  Cost=Rent + Tax. Nightly rates range are $225-$310/night depending on the season plus tax. See below. Please note that rates are based on occupancy of four guests.  The charge for additional guests more than four is $20/guest/night. Max 6.

Sept 2012 to February 2013: $225/night plus tax

March 2013 to December 2013: $310/night plus tax

(Special rates apply for the week of Inauguration beginning 1/17/13.)

Reservations for Two Bedroom Suite:  We can reserve your suite with a deposit of one night's stay, which also includes a non-refundable $100 registration fee. The deposit, including the registration fee, is applied to your first night's stay.  The balance of your reservation charges will be charged four weeks prior to your visit.  Credit cards are the preferred method of payment and we do not charge a processing fee or for parking.  We will need the cardholder's name and address, credit card type, account number, expiration date and CVV number.  You may contact me with this information by telephone or submit by email.

Rates & Reservations For The One Bedroom Suite: Please be aware that from September to February we may be able to convert this two bedroom suite into a one bedroom suite for two persons (only) if you do not have the need for the second bedroom.  Rates range from $175 to $230 for the one bedroom garden suite. Please inquire for details. Special rates apply for inauguration.

Cancellation Policy:  Once you receive final confirmation of your reservation, should you later have the need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.  You may cancel your reservation with four week's advance notice prior to your arrival date and we will provide a refund of your full deposit minus the $100 registration fee.  Cancellations requested after the four week deadline should be made as soon as possible, which may allow us the opportunity to rebook your reservation and provide a refund.
