This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 bath lake-view condominium easily accommodates up to 8 guests to enjoy to Colorado Rockies. Built in 2007 and updated furnishings in 2011, this condo has everything you need to spend quality time in the mountains.

BEDROOMS

Both Bedrooms feature queen-size beds (master bed is brand new as of May 2011). The master bedroom is secluded on the second level with it own private luxurious bath and balcony. In addition, the master bath has TV/DVD with Cable, walk in closet, and double sized futon. The second bedroom with a queen bed features private access to the second bathroom and a walk in closet.

LIVING ROOM

2011 has brought significant improvement in the living room including new leather couch and loveseat, new HD TV, and new paint. The living room has a fireplace, HD TV/DVD with cable, stereo with CD player, broadband wireless.

KITCHEN

The kitchen features beautiful cabinets with stunning granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

Linen Service - full towel, bed linens, soaps, shampoo's etc are provided.

This condo is located in the heart of summit county Colorado which is world famous for its winter sports.  Equally as appealing is the Hunting, fishing, and summer activities.

About Summit County: Summit County is the center of Colorado’s great outdoor wonderland. Outdoor activities in the winter have something for everyone. The world-class alpine ski areas of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, or Beaver Creek attract skiers and boarders from all around the world. Also, within a short drive you can snowmobile on the continental divide, ice skate on the lake Keystone, take a toboggan ride, or cross county ski and take in the breathtaking views.

The summers in Summit County are just about perfect.  The weather cannot be beat and the range of activities are plentiful.  Choose from mountain biking, hiking, boating, fishing, free festivals and farmers markets.

More about the area: Dillon sits at the center of all the activity in Summit County. With full services such as grocery store, bookstore, bowling alley, movie theater, and great variety of restaurants, there is not need to leave Dillon. However, short drives to our neighboring towns will expose you to the unique charms of Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, and Vail. As lovely as the winters are, summers are hard to beat. With a breadth of activity to please just about anyone such as challenging golf courses, Water-sports (sailing, kayaking, fishing) on Lake Dillon, bicycling, hiking, or 4 wheeling. Then there is the great fly-fishing on the many rivers and creeks throughout the county.
