Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful fully equipped unit is just minutes to Disney World. A 
short 25 minutes to Universal Studio and close to all the other major 
attractions with golf, restaurants and shopping near by. During your 
stay you will be just steps to the heated pool/spa and lighted tennis 
courts. There is 1-king, 1-queen, 2-twin beds and a queen sleeper 
sofa to comfortably sleep 8. All you need is to come and enjoy all 
that Central Florida has to offer.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, plus a washer/dryer. All 
rooms have ceiling fans and cable TVs with a DVD in the 
living room. 
Heated Pool, Hot TUB and Tennis Courts are just steps from your door. 
There is also a game room, exersise room, suffle board, sand volley 
ball, tot lot and bar-b-que area. All towels and linens are supplied.

Activities and Attractions

Located close to all the major attractions. There are water parks, 
helicoper and air boat tours close by. You will also find great fresh 
water fishing in area lakes with deep sea fishing in the Atlanic of 
Golf of Mexico an hour away. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season $80.00 per night: Jan. 8th to Jan 31st.
                             May 1st to May 31st
                             Aug. 16th to Nov. 15th

High Season $90.00 per night: Jan. 1st to Jan. 7th
                              Feb. 1st to Apr. 30th
                              June 1st to Aug. 15th
                              Nov. 16th to Dec. 31st
The above listed rates do not include a 13% Florida tax or a $60.00 
cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights. Holiday weeks are 
higher. All rates are subject to 
change without notice.
